1) Managing Change:

A client with a new Management team wanted to:

• get the team working as a team

• learn how to manage change in his/her own team

The programme was arranged over two days and involved a range of team building activities both indoor and outdoor. This was interspersed with training workshops on Managing Change and also the team designed an activity for their own teams, which was implemented a few months later.

2) Delivering great service:

One client, who had seasonal staff, wanted them to get to know each other, but also develop a strong customer service culture. We organised a training session on customer service, and then the group carried out a number of team building activities, before developing their own set of customer service standards.

3) Sheer fun!

A customer with 90 employees had a day of fun, where we organised a treasure trail, a wine tasting, music quiz followed by dinner.
